By downloading or using Wrist Rush, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

Apple Standard EULA

Unless a separate written agreement applies, your use of Wrist Rush is also governed by Apple's Standard End User License Agreement for apps distributed through the App Store. You can review it at https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/.

Entertainment Use

Wrist Rush is a casual party game collection for entertainment. It is not gambling, betting, a contest with monetary prizes, fitness advice, medical advice, or safety equipment.

Safe Play

Some games use wrist motion, shaking, or gesture-like input. Use the app in a safe environment, keep your device secure, avoid excessive force, and be aware of people and objects around you.

No Online Service Commitment

The app is designed for local play on Apple Watch. The developer does not guarantee future features, availability of any optional website content, or compatibility with every future device or operating system version.

Intellectual Property

Wrist Rush, its artwork, interface, sounds, and game content are owned by their respective rights holders. You may not copy, modify, redistribute, or reverse engineer the app except as allowed by law or the applicable App Store license terms.

Disclaimer

The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the developer is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the app.

Changes

The developer may update these terms from time to time. The updated terms will be posted on this page with a new effective date.
